  • Alt text
  • Site audit

Why DinoAI Audit?

AI that solves WordPress jobs, not a chat window.

Select text, generate a draft, write alt text, or run a basic audit from data already on the site. You stay in control of every change.

01

Improve writing without handing over the post.

Improve, rewrite, shorten, expand, or summarize selected text. Copy, insert, or replace only after you read the result.

Editor actions
02

Draft SEO text that complements your plugin.

Generate a title, meta description, and keyword ideas from the current post. DinoAI Audit does not write into Yoast or Rank Math.

SEO drafts
03

Write accessibility-focused alt text.

A vision model describes the image. You edit and save. It does not stuff keywords or start with “image of”.

Image alt text
04

See a basic site score from WordPress data.

SEO, content, accessibility, and technical checks run on this site. It is a basic audit, not a full security or performance scan.

Site audit

DinoAI Audit is useful on its own. Pro is a companion, not a replacement.

What ships in the free plugin

Four modules. Nothing auto-published.

Turn modules on or off in Settings. The AI provider stays available even if every module is off.

01

AI Content

Improve, rewrite, shorten, expand, or summarize selected text in the block editor or classic metabox.

02

AI SEO

Draft a title, meta description, focus keywords, and short on-page notes from the current post.

03

AI Image Alt Text

Generate alt text from a selected image in the editor or Media Library, then confirm before saving.

04

AI Site Audit

Score findings from posts, images, settings, and versions already stored in WordPress.

05

Your OpenAI key

The key stays on this site. It is never printed in frontend HTML or public REST responses.

06

Local usage counts

Request totals and last module stay on the site. Full prompts and AI responses are not stored.

Fastest path

Connect a key, then improve a paragraph.

WordPress 6.4+, PHP 7.4+, and a user who can edit the post.

  1. 01

    Install DinoAI Audit

Get it from WordPress.org, activate it, then open DinoAI Audit → Settings → AI Provider.

  2. 02

    Paste your OpenAI key

Choose GPT-4o mini, save, then click Test connection. Image alt text needs a vision-capable model.

  3. 03

Run an action in the editor

Open the DinoAI Audit sidebar, select text, click Improve, then Replace selection after you read the result.

Privacy

Nothing leaves the site until you click.

On action

Selected text, SEO source text, or an image used for alt text is sent to OpenAI only when you start that action.

On this site

The basic site audit, API key, and usage counts stay in WordPress. Full prompts and responses are not stored.

Your account

OpenAI terms apply to data they receive. API usage is billed to your OpenAI account.

No visitors

DinoAI Audit does not collect visitor data. Frontend pages do not load the API key.

Before you install

Questions about DinoAI Audit.

Need the full settings reference? Read the docs.

01 Is this a chatbot?

No. DinoAI Audit is a set of WordPress tools: content actions, SEO drafts, image alt text, and a basic site audit. There is no chat interface.

02 Does it replace Yoast or Rank Math?

No. SEO drafts stay in DinoAI Audit until you copy them into your SEO plugin, or apply a generated title in the editor and save the post.

03 Will it change my content automatically?

No. You review every result, then copy, insert, replace, or save. Nothing is published without that step.

04 Do I need an OpenAI account?

Yes. Paste your own OpenAI API key in DinoAI Audit → Settings → AI Provider. Usage is billed to that account.

05 Does the site audit call OpenAI?

No. The basic audit reads WordPress data already on the site. AI is used only when you start a content, SEO, or image action.

06 What does Pro add?

DinoAI Audit Pro adds SEO scoring, schema, extra audit checks, internal links, and bulk AI. It requires this plugin and is sold separately.
